How do you stop a Heisman Trophy winning Quarterback? Send him to airport security:
Troy Smith’s Heisman Trophy was shipped home because airport security would not allow the Ohio State quarterback to take it on the plane Tuesday.

“We decided to have it shipped. That’s much easier. How times have changed. Eddie [George] carried it on the plane and put it in the seat next to him,” sports information director Steve Snapp said.
That’s just not right. You earn what is arguably the best individual award in sport and you can’t take it on the plane? Let’s face it, anyone strong enough to wield that thing as a weapon is strong enough to be considered a weapon with their bear hands!
