This blog is intended to be somewhat of a parent’s view of life in the 21st century. The main focus is still being defined, but topics will emerge around issue regarding kids, life in the world of work, funny bits, and professional sports. There may be occasional political issues and a rant or two along the way mixed in for flavor.
When trying to come up with a name for this blog, I found this quote from our president.
“The folks who conducted to act on our country on September 11 made a big mistake. They underestimated America. They underestimated our resolve, our determination, our love for freedom. They misunderestimated the fact that we love a neighbor in need. They misunderestimated the compassion of our country. I think they misunderestimated the will and determination of the commander in chief, too.”

The term misunderestimation just seemed to sum it all up.
